We are looking for a senior-level Conversational AI Developer to join an international team within the automotive sector.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture and global stakeholders, driving the technical strategy, execution and governance of conversational AI platforms.
️ Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and IT teams to define and evolve the conversational AI platform strategy
- Design and execute POCs and pilots to validate technology and business fit
- Work with global business stakeholders to build and prioritize a pipeline of conversational AI use cases
- Drive adoption of the conversational AI platform across the organization
- Manage technology and delivery vendors
- Ensure quality assurance, technical governance, security and operational compliance
- Lead technical integrations within the Mercedes-Benz IT landscape
- Guide architectural and technological evolution
- Continuously assess new AI technologies and models (LLMs, agents, orchestration, etc.)
- Ensure all developments comply with MB AI principles
- Support IT security and admin processes (Sec Ops)
Experience and skills
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep focus on Conversational AI / Chatbot solutions
- Strong experience with chatbots and/or voicebots in production environments
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI applied to conversational use cases
- Experience with Agentic AI and Agent-to-Agent architectures
- Exposure to Google ADK or similar agent frameworks (e.g. Cognigy, Dialogflow CX, Kore.ai, Rasa) is a plus
- Experience working with Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms
- Ability to quickly adopt and lead new AI frameworks and technologies
- Excellent English
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: 40h/week. Versátil, with reduced hours on Fridays
Language: English (C1), Spanish (B2)
