* Develop and manage a portfolio of hotels in specific destinations, maximizing revenue generated through private sales for the Italian market.
* Identify eligible hotels and convince them to join our private sales.
* Maintain strong commercial follow-up with existing partners and key accounts.
* Negotiate private sale conditions, including competitive rates and inventory.
* Analyze KPIs, plan, implement, and optimize private sales.
* Monitor and analyze competitor practices to support decision-making aligned with VeryChic’s brand positioning.
* Identify new consumption trends, emerging hotels, and popular destinations.
* Attend major trade shows across Europe and travel monthly to key destinations.

* Natural-born business developer with strong sales skills (prospecting, negotiation, closing).
* Results-driven, proactive, and strategic mindset.
* Highly organized, pragmatic, and detail-oriented.
* Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-growing, changing environment.
* Team player who leads by example.
* Integrity, loyalty, and a strong “sales hunger” are essential.
📌 Qualifications:
* Italian speaker with fluent English. Any additional European language is a plus.
* 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in e-commerce and/or the travel industry.
* Strong work ethic and adaptability.
* Degree in e-commerce, tourism, or related field
