The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on accessibility and inclusive design, with deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks and proven experience in large-scale, user-centric applications. Spanish fluency is required, and English fluency is mandatory for this role.
What would you need?
* 7+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
* Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
* Solid experience with React (preferred), and familiarity with Vue or Angular.
* Proven hands-on experience with web accessibility (a11y) and inclusive design.
* Excellent English communication skills (fluent).
* Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
* Strong soft skills:
user-first mindset, collaboration with UX / UI / Product, proactive communication, and detail-oriented thinking.
What will you be doing?
* Develop and maintain high-quality, accessible web applications using React.
* Create inclusive and reusable components aligned with design systems.
* Collaborate closely with UX / UI designers, QA, and Product Managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Advocate for accessibility within the team and educate non-technical stakeholders on its importance.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and accessibility trends.
