The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP, and mobile devices. Efficient handling of global support tickets and accurate records of IT assets and service activities are also essential responsibilities. Required Skills and Qualifications Educated in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience is required, preferably with certifications in Windows systems or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience in a support or coordination role is necessary. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are an asset. Key Responsibilities Technical Support: Provide primary on-site and remote IT support, working closely with international teams. Troubleshooting and Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Support Ticket and Asset Management: Efficiently handle general support tickets and maintain accurate records of IT assets and service activities. User Administration and Security: Manage user accounts and access rights, assist in resolving IT security incidents. Knowledge Sharing and Process Improvement: Document solutions, update the knowledge base, and contribute to continuous process improvement. This role involves planning and implementing local IT projects, acting as an interface between Spain and the global IT team, managing local IT assets, preparing decision-support documentation, and overseeing suppliers and service providers.
