Ph3Position Summary /h3 pOur client is a fast-scaling e-commerce brand that has rapidly become a market leader in the outdoor living space. Since launching in 2022, they’ve doubled revenue year over year and are now on pace for mid-8-figure sales by 2026—with nine figures in sight. /p pThey’re looking for a Head of Growth to take full ownership of customer acquisition, lifecycle, and performance marketing. You’ll oversee a robust omnichannel growth engine, including DTC and B2B initiatives, and drive a well-funded media mix across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone eager to lead, build, and scale. /p pKey Responsibilities /p h3Growth Strategy Ownership /h3 ul liDefine and execute an 18-month revenue roadmap with full PL responsibility /li liSet and manage OKRs, growth budgets, and margin targets /li liBuild real-time scenario plans to meet GMV and profitability goals /li /ul h3Acquisition Media Buying /h3 ul liLead acquisition across Meta, Google / PMax, YouTube, CTV, podcasts, affiliates, and new channels /li liManage and scale a $500K+ monthly media budget while optimizing CAC and MER /li liRun advanced analytics (MTA, MMM, geo-lift, incrementality) to guide spend decisions /li /ul h3Creative Performance Content /h3 ul liOversee a data-informed creative system shipping 100–150 ad variations per quarter /li liEnsure a balance of strong branding and high-performing creatives across formats /li liChampion creative testing, innovation, and optimization /li /ul h3Lifecycle Retention /h3 ul liBuild and optimize email / SMS programs to contribute ≥35% of total revenue /li liDesign post-purchase journeys, upsells, win-backs, and loyalty flows to grow LTV /li /ul h3Onsite Experience CRO /h3 ul liOwn CRO roadmap including A / B testing across checkout, PDP, product discovery, and personalization /li liContinuously improve the site experience to lift conversion and engagement /li /ul h3Gen-AI Automation /h3 ul liLeverage AI tools for creative generation, copywriting, bidding, segmentation, and reporting /li liAutomate repetitive tasks to allow teams to focus on strategy and bold moves /li /ul h3Team Leadership Collaboration /h3 ul liRecruit, develop, and manage a cross-functional growth team (5–10 FTEs) across media, lifecycle, creative, and analytics /li liTranslate data into action and push for continual experimentation and learning /li liCollaborate closely with Product, CX, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment across demand and operations /li /ul h3You're a strong fit if you... /h3 ul liHave 8–10+ years of experience in DTC / eCommerce growth, with at least 2 years in a Head or VP-level role /li liScaled a brand from ~€10M to €50–100M+ in revenue /li liAre hands‑on with Meta and Google and have grown at least one channel from zero to seven-figure spend /li liHave managed large‑scale budgets ($500K+ / month) and understand CAC, MER, and working capital dynamics /li liBuilt successful lifecycle programs driving 30%+ of revenue /li liAre fluent in attribution modelling (MTA, MMM) and data interpretation /li liHave led remote, cross‑functional teams in a high‑performance environment /li liAre comfortable operating autonomously and thrive in an sync, fast‑moving culture /li liUse Gen-AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, creative output, and efficiency /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liContract Type : B2B (freelance / contractor model) /li liCompetitive Compensation : €5K–€6K / month base salary (negotiable based on experience) /li liPerformance Bonus : 50% bonus paid quarterly, based on KPIs /li liRemote Freedom : 100% remote role with async flexibility — work from anywhere /li liHigh Autonomy : Clear goals, zero micromanagement, full ownership of your roadmap /li liDedicated Resources : Run with a robust media budget and access cutting‑edge tools /li liGrowth Playground : Opportunity to test, build, and scale across DTC + B2B + omni‑channel /li liTop Talent Team : Work with senior operators, creatives, and strategists /li liVacation Flexibility : Time off is negotiable based on your local country’s standards /li liCareer‑Defining Role : Own growth in a hyper‑scaling company rewriting an entire category /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
