Office Manager
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and a high-quality experience for both employees and visitors.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive and service-oriented, with solid experience in travel management, client visits coordination and General Services, who enjoys being at the center of office life and operations.
Your Role
You will be responsible for managing corporate travel, coordinating client visits and supporting travel logistics for trade fairs and events, while overseeing the General Services area to ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Full management of corporate travel: bookings, coordination, policies and cost control.
* Coordination and organization of client visits, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
* Support in travel management for trade fairs and industry events, working closely with internal teams.
* Responsibility for General Services, including office maintenance, supplies and vendor management.
* Coordination with external providers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, etc.).
* Support in office logistics, internal events and day-to-day operational needs.
* Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters.
* Ensure a well-organized, efficient and professional workplace environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
* Proffiency in English
* Solid experience in business travel management.
* Experience coordinating client visits and event-related travel.
* Experience managing general services and suppliers.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Vacation
* 23 vacation days + 14 national public holidays
* One additional week off at Easter and one at Christmas after 4 months of seniority
* Free afternoons on December 24th and 31st, if not on vacation
Working Hours
* Flexible working schedule (start between 8:00–10:00 am, finish between 5:00–7:00 pm)
* Intensive working hours during summer and every Friday of the year
* (8:00 or 9:00 am – 3:00 or 4:00 pm)
* On-site role (no remote work)
