<p><b> Purpose of the Role </b></p><p> We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage and grow relationships with existing customers while driving product sales targets across assigned markets. The role also focuses on expanding our biosimilar portfolio through out-licensing and partnering activities, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, registration, manufacturing, and supply. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><p><b> Product Sales Management </b></p><p> You will be responsible for delivering sales targets across assigned customers and territories by: </p><ul><li> Collaborating closely with existing customers to build accurate sales forecasts and secure purchase orders </li><li> Monitoring and following up on order fulfillment and delivery timelines </li><li> Negotiating pricing and commercial terms to maximize value and competitiveness </li><li> Expanding business with current partners through new SKUs, product launches, and portfolio growth </li><li> Ensuring successful execution of new product launches in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Licensing & Business Development </b></p><p> You will be responsible for delivering licencing targets; </p><ul><li> Identifying, evaluating, and securing new partners for the commercialization of Intas biosimilars </li><li> Developing compelling business cases and presenting them to senior management </li><li> Leading negotiations from initial discussions through to the execution of definitive agreements </li><li> Coordinating due diligence processes with partners and internal technical teams </li><li> Negotiating and securing licensing fees, ensuring proper invoicing and collection </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Partner Relationship Management </b></p><ul><li> Act as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving issues across development, registration, and commercialization phases </li><li> Foster strong, long-term relationships by identifying new collaboration opportunities and driving mutual growth </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Strategic & Market Insights </b></p><ul><li> Provide valuable commercial insights to internal stakeholders, including market trends, competitor activity, and emerging risks/opportunities </li><li> Proactively scout and evaluate opportunities to strengthen the portfolio (new products, technologies, partnerships, etc.)</li></ul><p></p><p><b> What We’re Looking For </b></p><ul><li> Strong commercial and negotiation skills </li><li> Proven experience in pharma/biosimilars business development or sales </li><li> Ability to manage complex partnerships and cross-functional projects </li><li> Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills </li><li> Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Core Competencies </b></p><p> Strong negotiation and influencing skills </p><p> Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities </p><p> Analytical mindset with strong numerical and business acumen </p><p> Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams </p><p> Capacity to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, business-oriented insights </p><p> Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach </p><p> Resilient and positive attitude, with a solution-oriented mindset in challenging environments </p><p><b> Relevant Functional & Technical Skills / Industry Experience </b></p><p> Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modelling and business case development </p><p> Strong experience in delivering high-quality presentations to senior management </p><p> Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics and regulatory environment </p><p> Established network within the pharmaceutical sector across multiple geographies </p><p><b> Professional & Educational Background </b></p><p> Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)</p><p>5–10 years of professional experience, including several years in the pharmaceutical industry </p><p> Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development and/or Licensing roles </p><p> Previous experience in biosimilars is considered a strong advantage </p>
