* Managing orders, incidents, and inquiries with a "let’s get it solved" mindset. ✅
* Executing consultative sales (cross-selling / up-selling) with professional criteria. 📈
* Collaborating across teams (Sales, Logistics, Product, Systems) to make our eCommerce better every single week. ⚙️
