Your Role
As the Product Manager for our Revenue Management team, you will lead the development of AI-powered pricing tools. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to turn rich datasets into simple, intuitive pricing insights for thousands of independent hotels.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with key stakeholders including our CSO & founder Ari to drive impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Vision & Strategy
o Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for revenue optimization and pricing tools.
o Align roadmap with company strategy, user feedback, and AI capabilities.
o Champion simplicity by translating complex pricing logic into usable tools.
o Foster a product culture focused on clarity, explainability, and impact.
* Data-Powered Product Design
o Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to design features powered by advanced models.
o Understand and challenge algorithms, forecast models, and statistical methods behind pricing logic.
o Translate technical insights into clear product stories that drive user trust and action.
* Feature Development
o Drive end-to-end delivery of features from opportunity assessment to shipped functionality.
o Translate insights into well-scoped user stories reflecting customer needs.
o Prioritize and plan while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
* Collaboration
o Work with engineers, designers, researchers and teams in Revenue Management, Integrations, Customer Success, and Sales.
o Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
* Customer Understanding & Feedback
o Talk to customers to uncover friction in revenue management workflows.
o Synthesize feedback with researchers into strategy and improvements that drive adoption and satisfaction.
o Explain technical topics simply and accessibly.
* Metrics & Impact
o Define, track, and own product KPIs around adoption, retention, and revenue uplift.
o Ensure data infrastructure supports robust reporting in partnership with Data Engineering.
o Use data to inform decisions.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, with cross-functional teams including data scientists and data engineers.
* Experience in highly analytical, data-rich environments (e.g., SaaS, fintech, analytics, ML/AI platforms).
* Ability to simplify complex systems in product design, communication, and user experience.
* Passion for AI and interest in how LLMs and machine learning reshape software.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communicator who can explain ideas simply and inspire diverse audiences.
* Curious, structured thinker with strong product intuition.
* Empathetic listener with a bias for action.
* Ask why until it’s clear, and explain how until it clicks.
Nice to Have
* Industry experience in hospitality or revenue management systems.
* Strong quantitative background (statistics, math, CS, data science). You don’t need to build models, but you should understand and challenge them.
