German inside sales representative - digital advertising

Join our dynamic team at TP Spain in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool for businesses everywhere!

Purpose of the role:

As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads.

You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Your responsibilities:

1. Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
2. Qualify inbound leads and manage a structured sales pipeline.
3. Understand business needs and align product offerings accordingly.
4. Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes.
5. Develop expertise in regional onboarding requirements.
6. Support businesses in submitting accurate documentation.
7. Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
8. Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

9. C2 level of German and a C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
10. At least 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
11. Experience in call center or sales-driven environments.
12. High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
13. Clear and structured communicator.
14. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
15. Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel.
16. Capable of working independently.
17. Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
18. Team collaboration experience.
19. Awareness of home services sectors.

29. Salary: 23.671€ gross/year + up to 2.840€ gross/year in bonus
