Purpose of the role
As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads. You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the client customer base across EMEA.
Responsibilities
Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
Qualify leads and support pipeline management
Understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions
Assist with onboarding and verification processes
Learn regional onboarding requirements and support clients accordingly
Help collect and submit necessary documentation
Escalate issues through proper channels
Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
C2 level of English (both written and spoken)
At least 15 months of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Business is beneficial
Teamwork experience
Awareness of home services industries

Benefits
Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona
Salary: 21,898 € gross/year + up to 2,628 € gross/year in bonus
