Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2025.About the Role Mission of the position:Develop mechanical project from Volpak Orders ensuring correct technical execution and the requirements of our clients.Main tasks and direct related responsibilities:Responsible for the right development of mechanical designs according with project requirements.It will cover the creation of assembly drawings, detail part drawings, 3D models, and bills of material to meet special inquiry and order requirements for both standard and non-standard products per company standards, practices, and procedures.Responsible for preparation and submittal of drawings and/or 3D models to customers (through Sales) for special orders.Develop and design cost-effective changes of machine parts according to customer requirements.Design innovation applications for current machine models, as well as machine solutionsCoordination of external technical work when necessary and according to the complexity of the assigned tasksCollaboration with the electrical and software technical office to achieve the complete project compliance.Technical support to Sales when it is necessary.Administrative task linked to the department activity (quotations, purchase requests, etc.).The position is based in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Spain.What You Need to Be Successful Qualifications, professional experience and technical skillsMandatory: Mechanical Engineering Graduate or equivalent experience or Higher Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Design or equivalent experienceMandatory: Near graduates or 18 months at maximum of experience in mechanical design, background in packaging sector, automated machinery would be an advantage.Mandatory: Extensive knowledge of 3D CAD software, Solidworks as preferred.Mandatory: Good knowledge in pneumatics.Mandatory: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Mandatory: Familiar with basic functions of ERP.Mandatory: Fluent in Spanish.Desired: Experience in filling products systems.Mandatory: Availability to travel worldwide when needed.Our Offer Flexible timetable.Private parking.Life insurance.Optional medical insurance, meal tickets and kindergarten tickets.Coesia is an equal opportunity employer and embraces diversity and inclusion.
