NetMedia International, European leader in Media Publishing with 120+ employees worldwide, is expanding which is why we’re looking for our new Customer Success Manager for UK region.
Your responsibility:
* Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
* Become an expert in digital marketing and educate customers on the use and benefits of our services
* Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
* Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development
* Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth.
* Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
* Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
* Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage
* Metrics driven; ability to translate customer needs into achievable goals and operate well in a data driven environment
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
* Deep customer empathy
* Strong abilities in program and project management, balancing critical delivery tasks
* Consultative; ability and desire to drive value for customers based on unique needs
* Experience working with fast-growth company, strongly preferred
* Experience working with enterprise customers in Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting or similar, preferably in B2B/Media
* Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
* Excellent English skills
