MISSION OF THE ROLE We are seeking a highly driven, hunter-oriented Technology Sales Executive, Digital and AI Solutions, focused on expanding our IT and digital solutions portfolio within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. This role is strongly focused on new business acquisition, targeting strategic accounts and driving growth through the sale of high-value digital solutions, including: AI-driven solutions (voicebots, email automation, intelligent workflows) Digital Workplace services Saa S migrations and implementations This is not a traditional account management role ,we are looking for a true hunter, capable of opening doors, creating opportunities from scratch, and closing complex deals in highly competitive environments. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. New Business Acquisition Identify, research, and target prospective clients through various channels. Generate and qualify opportunities with a strong hunter mindset. Build pipeline from scratch and convert leads into high-value deals 2. Consultative & Solution-Based Selling Understand client challenges related to digital transformation, automation, and customer experience. Position solutions around AI (voicebots, automation), Saa S and workplace transformation. Translate complex technical offerings into clear business value. 3. Sales Strategy & Execution Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery,proposal,negotiation and closing. Develop and execute a personal sales plan aligned with growth targets. 4. Collaboration with Technical Teams Work closely with pre-sales, architects, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions. Contribute to proposals and solution shaping (pre-sales background is a plus). 5. Market Positioning & Insight Stay up to date with trends in AI, automation, Saa S and digital transformation in BFSI. Position the company as a trusted partner in innovation and efficiency. REQUIREMENTS +10 years of experience in B2 B technology sales (IT services / digital solutions / software) Strong hunter profile, with proven experience in new business acquisition Experience selling one or more of the following: AI solutions (voicebots, automation, conversational AI) Digital Workplace services Saa S implementations / migrations Experience in BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders Ability to understand and position complex technological solutions Experience working with pre-sales or technical teams (pre-sales background is a plus) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Fluent English If you're a driven sales professional with a hunter mindset and a passion for AI and digital solutions, this is your opportunity to make a real impact
