We value getting things done.What you will doBuild and lead the Forward Deployment Engineering team: hire, mentor, and set the technical bar for engineers who work directly inside bank environmentsDefine the integration architecture and reusable frameworks that allow Triple’s AI agents to connect with any core banking system, card processor, or dispute platformOwn the technical quality of every client integration, from secure API design and data pipeline reliability to compliance with bank-grade security requirementsCreate scalable deployment tooling, integration templates, and automation that reduce time-to-live for new clients from months to weeksWork hands-on with the most complex integrations, setting the example for the team and unblocking critical deployments personally when neededPartner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate integration patterns and client constraints into platform capabilitiesEstablish processes for knowledge sharing across deployments so that every integration makes the next one fasterWhat you need7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years leading or managing a technical teamDeep experience integrating with enterprise systems in financial services, payments, or similarly regulated industriesStrong proficiency in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with API design, data pipelines, and infrastructure automationTrack record of building engineering teams or functions from early stage, including hiring, process design, and technical cultureComfortable operating in complex bank environments with layered security, compliance requirements, and multiple stakeholdersPragmatic engineering judgment: you know when to build for reuse and when to ship fast for a specific clientExcellent communication skills for both engineering peers and senior client stakeholdersEnglish fluency required.
