We are a Bosch company, but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product. We provide services and complex technology-driven solutions in the area of Business Process Outsourcing, making us unique within Bosch.

We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building, and telecommunications sectors worldwide, as well as other Bosch units. Besides external clients, we also serve the Bosch Group itself, supporting colleagues and divisions in various areas.

As part of the Bosch group, we operate within one of its four main business areas – the Building and Energy Technologies unit. Historically, we were part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and solutions), managing ongoing product maintenance and emergency and monitoring call centers for them.

Key Languages

C2 or full professional proficiency in Swedish / Svenska. Professional English skills are a big plus; training is conducted in English.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage incoming contacts via phone, email, and letters from customers.
* Assist customers by providing product information, resolving queries, and explaining company policies.
* Support customers through various digital channels, reaching out when necessary.
* Collaborate with different departments to resolve escalated cases.
* Manage social media interactions to ensure timely and helpful responses.
* Represent the brand positively and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
Core Skills / Experience
* Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and empathy in handling queries.
