Role Overview
The Retail Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day activities of the retail business to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. This role acts as a key link between corporate teams and store locations, helping to implement processes, support sales initiatives, optimize store performance, and ensure consistent customer experiences across all retail channels.
Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of retail initiatives, promotions, and product launches across all store locations.
* Communicate operational updates, policies, and best practices to store managers and associates.
* Control communication from all departments to the retail teams via the INSIDE platform, to ensure efficient understanding and respect of deadlines & standards.
* Monitor store performance metrics (sales, foot traffic, conversion rates) and client experience KPIs (recruitment, C&C, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support training, tools, and resources to enhance store staff productivity and customer service.
* Assist with store opening, relocation, and renovation projects as needed.
* Troubleshoot store issues and provide solutions in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintain updated documentation for processes, training manuals, and operational guidelines.
