Your Scope

Scope

Ardo serves its clients globally in the Retail, Food Service, and Industry segments. We are currently seeking an Sales Managerfor the Spanish Food Service market. In this role you are part of Ardo’s global sales organization, reporting to the Group Sales Director Food Service, and operating from Spain. Your key responsibilities are:

Account management & customer relations:

§Your main task is the intensive support of customers in the Food Service market throughout Spain.

§You implement sales targets to achieve the group's goals in terms of market position, sales, and profitability.

§As part of your daily business, you negotiate prices and conclude contracts within the framework of the group specifications.

§You introduce new products and product applications as well as represent the company externally (e.g. at various trade fairs, in relevant networks).

§You build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key customers and with their decision-makers and stakeholders (e.g. purchasers, marketing, quality, …) on a national & regional scale.

§By working closely with the Group Supply Chain, you ensure that demand planning is efficiently aligned with the company's capacity planning.

Business development

§You identify market potential and actively engage new business relations.

§You organize workshops and culinary demonstrations for both existing and potential customers.

§Based on your product expertise, you inform, promote, and advise professional end users and regional wholesalers about the Ardo product range and innovations.

Product innovation:

§You follow up market trends, professional literature and new technologies and share your knowledge within Ardo.

Leadership:

§Leads and develops the Foodservice team.

§Sets objectives and priorities in collaboration with the team.
