About the Role
You will report directly to the CEO and be supported by the Communication and Back Office teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting ongoing market research to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities
* Defining the value proposition, product/market strategy, and sales strategy
* Attending sector fairs, potentially in America and Asia
* Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant partners
* Managing the complete sales cycle and participating in service optimization
In coordination with the rest of the organization, you will support the effective implementation of the new service according to the agreed agenda.

This is a 100% in-person role based in Pamplona, with reasonable international travel and flexible working hours from 8:30 to 17:00. Fridays, summer, and Christmas may require an intensive schedule from 8:00 to 15:00.
The starting salary will be based on your background, with potential for growth up to €40K-€45K per year.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* At least two years of professional experience in the commercial or marketing area
* A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, LEINN, Business Administration, or similar, and/or Marketing Postgraduate studies
* Excellent spoken and written English skills (at least C1 fluent)
* Previous international experience (personal, academic, or professional) is highly valued
