We have an exciting opportunity for a senior sales professional whose main responsibilities will include managing relationships with our hotel chain and management company partners at the Director and VP levels, as well as identifying new business development opportunities with these partners. You will be responsible for a new business and renewal quota, demonstrating solution-selling and total account management skills, while effectively managing your Sales Development Representative. The goal is to grow partnerships and increase Cvent's market share of clients' organizational spend.The Hospitality Cloud provides hotels with targeted advertising to reach event planners researching destinations, venues, and sourcing groups and meetings business. As one of Cvent's largest and fastest-growing divisions, we seek experienced, collaborative, and creative sellers to expand our value in the hospitality industry, extending beyond marketing into analytics, productivity tools, mobile technology, and more. There is opportunity to travel internationally for training alongside our global Sales team.In This Role, You Will :
Develop current relationships and identify new contacts to meet and exceed revenue expectations.Create and pursue targeted Key Accounts, including new partners, with tailored plans of action.Travel up to 30% for trade shows, hotel sales conferences, product seminars, or client meetings.Manage your revenue pipeline effectively to maximize new business opportunities.Exceed revenue targets by closing new business and managing existing accounts.Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations.Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders within Key Accounts.Collaborate with property-level sales teams and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and share feedback.Manage and mentor a supporting Sales Associate.Perform other duties as assigned.Here's What You Need :
University degree or equivalent.Ability to speak Spanish at a business standard.Extensive experience selling to or managing hotel accounts at the corporate level.Experience in a high outbound call volume sales environment.Passion for technology and digital marketing.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to integrate knowledge from prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, negotiating, and understanding operation/process flows.Strong initiative and personal leadership, capable of working independently and contributing to team efforts.
