The main purpose of the role is to drive market access, sales growth, and advocate development of Incyte’s products and services within territory priority accounts. Key customers will include doctors, associated medical personnel, and relevant payers/administrators to achieve territory objectives and the organization's business goals, working within the ABPI code, applicable compliance/legal requirements, and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver therapeutic information on products in line with marketing strategy.
* Promote INCYTE IAI Dermatology product to prescribing dermatologists in compliance with legal and company policies.
* Create formal networks with key decision makers and local players to develop business within compliance and company policies.
* Conduct market surveillance and gain customer insights.
* Perform local marketing and sales analyses and understand patient flow insights.
* Organize regional promotional meetings for physicians and stakeholders.
* Manage professional relations with opinion leaders.
* Develop and execute business plans within key accounts to ensure patient access to Incyte medicines.
* Map local funding, clinical, and access decision processes, and identify key stakeholders.
* Ensure a favorable local access environment to maximize sales potential.
* Document and report daily activities, administration, and finances.
* Participate in congresses, meetings, and trainings.
