We’re looking for a consultative and customer-focused professional to assume the role of Senior Global Account Manager, providing commercial and relationship leadership for our client. The successful candidate will receive a thorough handover and contribute to developing our long-term strategy.

You will establish credibility and trust by providing commercial and financial expertise, offering sound advice, and influencing positive change.
Key Responsibilities
* Consult with Komatsu distributors and OEMs to create and oversee international contracts.
* Engage in negotiations with global account customers to establish and maintain robust partnerships.
* Share insights from regional and global engagements to help distributors and OEMs understand customer success factors.
* Assist the Global Account Management team with financial duties such as budgeting, forecasting, case evaluation, and customer presentations.
* Facilitate smoother business interactions between our client and Komatsu to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Participate in key customer projects and initiatives.
* Maintain Global Agreements to support growth and customer satisfaction.
* Support dealers and OEMs in understanding financial impacts for better resource alignment.
* Ensure existing agreements align with customer needs and Komatsu's offerings.
* Promote teamwork and positive working relationships.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in global account management or similar roles.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Financial and commercial acumen.
* Ability to understand and address customer needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Teamwork capability.
* Willingness to travel as needed for global engagement and negotiations.
