At Libeen we're reinventing access to homeownership in Spain. Our rent-to-own model lets people live in their future home while building up their option to buy. We're growing fast, closing a significant funding round, and building our tech stack from scratch.
We're looking for the person who will lead product and technology. Not a roadmap manager. Someone with vision, real technical judgment, and the ability to sell that vision to both the team and investors.
What you'll do
Product & User Experience
* Define and evolve Libeen's product vision
* Design the full user journey — from first conversation to signing the purchase of their home
* Turn complex financial and legal flows into simple, trustworthy digital experiences
* Obsess over clarity, transparency and UX detail — in a product where users make the biggest financial decision of their lives, trust is everything
AI Agents & Automation
* Lead the development of our AI agent ecosystem: WhatsApp lead qualification, automated financial scoring with document reading, personalised property recommendations, and real estate due diligence
* You don't need to build them yourself — but you need the judgment to decide how they're architected, which tools to use, and whether the output is good or not
* Set the pace: we measure time from idea to production in days, not quarters
Investor Narrative & Fundraising
* Be an active part of our fundraising round
* Articulate why Libeen's technology is hard to replicate — proprietary data, AI systems that improve over time, a moat that can't be bought off the shelf
* If you can't explain our tech defensibility in a room with a Series B investor, this isn't your role
Team & Execution
* Hire and build the technical team from scratch
* Decide what to build in-house, what to outsource, and what to buy
* Own the roadmap, prioritisation and delivery rhythm
What we're looking for
* 5+ years leading product or technology in startups or scale-ups, ideally in fintech, proptech or complex financial products
* Proven track record of making technical decisions with real consequences — even if you're not the one writing the code
* Experience building or leading AI agents or LLM-based automations is a strong plus
* Ability to hire and evaluate technical talent: if you can't assess an AI Engineer or a backend developer, you won't be able to build the team we need
* Strong UX sensibility and aesthetic judgment — at Libeen, the product is trust, and trust starts with how things look and feel
* Real bias to action: xohynlm we have 3 months to get our first agents live in production
You don't need to write code. You do need to understand enough to not be fooled by the people who do.
Nice to have
* Experience in proptech, real estate or mortgage/financial products
* Hands-on with no-code / low-code tools and AI development tools
* You've been part of a fundraising process before
