As our company continues to expand, we recognize the critical importance of maintaining a strong online presence and captivating content to showcase our properties and engage with our audience.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Create engaging and visually appealing content including photos, videos, and written copy to highlight our properties, community events, and company culture.
* Produce high-quality videos using cameras, drones, gimbals, and studio equipment provided by the company.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with marketing objectives.
* Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, and actively engage with followers.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation to continuously optimize our strategy.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English is a must, and additional languages is considered a valuable asset.
* Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
* Excellent communication skills with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing techniques is a plus.
