**Your role**
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in service, team leadership, and guest experience. You will create a dynamic and inspiring environment where service flows seamlessly and every guest interaction is elevated.
**What you will do**:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service standards
- Ensure consistency in service quality aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Manage guest experience, handling feedback with professionalism and care
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and other departments for seamless operations
- Monitor performance, productivity, and service flow during operations
- Implement and maintain SOPs, service procedures, and quality standards
- Support financial performance, including cost control and revenue optimization
- Create a positive, motivating, and high-performing team environment
**Who we’re looking for**:
- Experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management within luxury or high-end environments
- Passionate about gastronomy, service, and creating memorable dining experiences
- Strong leader with a hands-on, proactive, and inspiring approach
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and operational awareness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a natural ability to motivate and develop others
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role in 5 hotels or high-end restaurants
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of financials, including cost control and revenue management
- Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining quality and consistency
- Fluent communication in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Additional languages are a plus
- Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
