Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two-year program designed to develop professionals and make an impact on the world. This program serves as a stepping stone to bigger career opportunities within Saica as a Sales & Commercial Graduate Expert.
Responsibilities include:
1. Sales: Participate in defining new customer search strategies, prospecting potential customers, and gathering information to determine their potential.
2. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers to generate new business.
3. Make calls and visits to understand customer needs, providing solutions to maximize satisfaction and growth.
4. Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints.
5. Coordinate with customer service on orders, claims, visits, contacts, and receivables.
6. Propose account plans for key customers and monitor them.
7. Attend meetings with regional sales and commercial managers.
Marketing: Provide relevant market and customer insights to the sales field manager, analyze territory/market, and assess customer value.
Organize events for customer retention and coordinate visits to the plant. Participate in trade shows and conventions as needed.
Requirements
* Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or similar.
* Up to two years of experience in a similar role since graduation.
* International experience (Erasmus, etc.) is a plus.
* High proficiency in English (C1).
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
