Join the Barcelona office and strengthen the location to become the central training and support center for Europe.
As our Training Manager, you are responsible for all training activities of our Product Inspection Division. You manage and indirectly lead the global training community including SBU stakeholders and competence centers in Malaysia and the US.

* Continually enhance the global training strategy of the Product Inspection Division.
* Guarantee a global alignment of training content, format, and delivery including harmonization and standardization of processes.
* Development of training in service and sales to enhance skills and achieve targets.
* Being the driver for service and sales competence and efficiency.
* Training execution in different formats e.g., interactive live webinars & live streamings, video-learning content, and physical hands-on / classroom training.
* Development and editing of training material.
What You Need to Succeed
* Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
* Working Experiences: Several years of experience in a similar training/project management/service/sales role in a matrix-structured organization. Additionally, experience in the packaging industry, automation, process technology, or special machine construction are highly desirable.
* IT skills: Fluent in Microsoft Office; Affinity for learning content software, camera, and camera equipment.
* Language skills: Fluent in English. Other language skills e.g., Spanish are highly valued.
* Place of Residence: Barcelona (Spain)
