Position: Senior Generalist Rubrics Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $65 per hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
* Contribute to a rubrics-focused project related to shopping
* Apply expert judgment to ensure outputs meet clear, high-quality standards
* Help define and maintain quality standards as the project scales
* Establish strong quality foundations during the earliest phase of the project
Requirements
* Prior experience as a Plato expert
* Strong ability to apply expert judgment to evaluate outputs against defined quality standards
* Ability to contribute effectively in a fast-moving, early-stage project environment
* Comfort working independently and delivering high-quality work on a task-based workflow
