Audio-Visual Production Manager
Responsible for the planning and coordination of the pre-production, production and post-production of product photography content, campaign shootings and all the needs around photo and video for both corporate and commercial purposes.
You will work together with the logistics department, the product design department and the content & design team, in order to carry out the photo and video shoots.
Responsible for the correct operation of the Photo & Video studio and leadership of the team of photographers, videographers and project managers
Effectively schedule internal and external resources to ensure that projects are completed on time/budget
Preparation of annual budgets based on the go to market plan and key business initiatives
Organization of documentation, inventories and control of product samples
Management of permits, rental of technical equipment, management of filming insurance, appointments, reservations and reception of equipment
Support in the production of special shootings
Pre-production: Making sure to connect with the right partners based on the project. Provision of materials needed for shootings (sending of product, booking management, planning, ordering of material). Organizing pre production meetings to make sure all the stakeholders are aligned and that all points of the shooting are covered.
Production: Supervise the staff during video production. Post-production: Creation of contact sheets, control in the reception of samples and invoicing closures.
5 years working in Audiovisual production field.
Advanced knowledge of the office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Basic level of Adobe Photoshop.
Availability to work full time in Mallorca.
High level of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of audiovisual production.
