Position Summary
Based in Houston, Austin, or San Antonio areas: Drive the sales of Vascular Access Safety IV Products, maintain and grow the sales of Introcan Safety IV Catheters and assigned Vascular Access products to meet corporate growth objectives. Work with varying hospital sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process. The job function listed is not exhaustive and may include additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Responsibilities
* Consistently drive the sales number in Vascular Access Safety IV Products.
* Maintain and grow the current sales of Introcan Safety IV Catheters and assigned Vascular Access products to meet corporate growth objectives.
* Work with varying hospital sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process.
* Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 2–4 years related experience required.
* Applicable industry/professional certification required.
* Regular and predictable attendance.
* Valid RN license.
* Basic knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures;
ability to plan and accomplish assigned goals under general supervision.
* Judgment required to resolve day‑to‑day problems.
* Experience in orienting, training, and checking the work of peers.
* Contact primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers;
occasional contact withexternal contractors/vendors.
Compensation
$95,000–$105,000 (plus incentive compensation).
