Do you enjoy helping people and being part of the energy behind world-class festivals? We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support festival visitors and ticket buyers across several international events mainly located in Iberia. brIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for thousands of festival fans, ensuring they receive clear information and excellent support before, during, and after their event experience. brYou will support festivals such as elrow, Sónar, Arenal Sound and Resurrection Fest, working closely with internal teams and ticketing partners to deliver a seamless customer experience. brYour responsibilities brAct as the first point of contact for festival visitors and ticket buyers brHandle customer enquiries via email and social media direct messages brSupport customers with ticket-related questions using the Bleep Ticketing platform brWork closely with festival brands and internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently brIdentify recurring questions and customer pain points and help improve processes and communication by working closely with with developing team brEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, accurate and customer-focused communication What we are looking for brExcellent written communication skills in Spanish, Catalan and English brExperience in customer service, support, or hospitality brAbility to handle multiple conversations and stay organised in a fast-paced environment brStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset brComfortable working with digital tools such as ticketing systems, CRM tools and social media platforms brInterest in music, festivals, or live events is a strong plus What we offer brA dynamic role in the international festival and live events industry brOpportunity to support some of Europe's most iconic festivals brA collaborative and international team environment brCompetitive salary based on experience brOpportunities to grow within the organisation Who are we? brSuperstruct Entertainment is a live entertainment group, with 60+ festivals, events and live tours throughout Europe and Australia.
