To develop and implement an effective Optimization department, assisting the Service Business Line Manager in leading and supervising the team to achieve targets and customer satisfaction for the business, including the introduction of new products, services, and processes.
To drive the professionalization of the Optimization department efficiently, ensuring the team meets customer expectations and follows the optimization KPIs.
To identify and drive process improvements and the optimal use of all Service optimization systems, maintaining a direct relationship with GECIA (engineering) for audits, designs, device utilization, and engineering solutions.
The manager also ensures that the function is carried out to a high standard by continuously developing the team’s skills (HR management).

* Technical background
