What You'll Do
Ensure consistency across regional planning activities, aligned with best practices defined by the Planning Center of Excellence (COE).
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
Conduct gap analyses and implement action plans to enhance efficiency, service levels, and planning outcomes.
Organize regular review sessions with regional teams, encouraging critical thinking and continuous improvement.
Roll out standardized scorecards for operational and performance metrics to ensure alignment and transparency.
Provide regular updates to the Planning Director on key milestones, risks, and achievements. Ensure visibility and recognition of team efforts.
Develop governance frameworks to simplify, standardize, and optimize planning parameters for system-driven planning.
Coordinate onboarding, refresher, and advanced training sessions. Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the planning community.
What Makes You a Good Fit
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in global supply chain planning processes (FG-materials planning, production scheduling).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with international supply chain and interactions with Planning COE.
Proven experience in gap analysis, cross-functional workshops, and driving process improvements.
Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and experience in performance metrics and scorecard development.
Co‐lead in change management, including training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.
Exposure to ERP or advanced planning systems (e.g. SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, JDA).
Hands‐on experience with planning parameter governance and system configuration.
