Market Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities
* Analyze and manage local technical solutions, ensuring proper integration with group‑wide digital products.
* Lead the adoption and integration of new applications within the department, ensuring alignment with internal methodologies and standards.
* Administer digital licensing applications and coordinate their integration with other corporate platforms.
* Document processes and maintain all relevant technical information up to date.
* Ensure adherence to best practices in software security, development, and operations across managed environments.
Mandatory Requirements
* Professional or technical education in Computer Science or IT‑related fields.
* Experience managing applications, integrating solutions, and providing technical support.
* Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure environments.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
* Understanding of software security practices (DevSecOps).
* Intermediate English proficiency, in addition to Spanish.
Nice to have
* Knowledge or experience in FinOps.
* Experience with agile methodologies and unit testing.
* Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience working in multicultural and collaborative environments.
