Field Service Engineer – Feeding & Dosing We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Feeding & Dosing team. The role focuses on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of feeding and dosing equipment across Europe and other global sites. Candidates will travel up to 200 days per year and act as the primary technical contact for customers.
Responsibilities Perform independent work at cement plants and similar industries worldwide.
Commission, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot feeding and dosing equipment.
Conduct customer training at site or in our workshop.
Perform assembly checks, calibration, and final approval of equipment.
Provide remote support and engage with customers to identify potential sales leads and new opportunities.
Act as the primary technical contact for customers at site.
Qualifications Electrical education in electronics, instrumentation, or electromechanics.
Strong mechanical knowledge and practical skills.
Ability to explain and discuss technical matters confidently with clients.
Fluent written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, often at short notice.
Experience with weighing, feeding, and dosing equipment in the cement industry (advantageous).
Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and/or Beckhoff PLC systems (advantageous).
