Base Salary: €25,000 gross/year

About the Role
We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Renewals Specialist to join a growing cloud solutions team in the Málaga area.
This role focuses on managing renewals, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting customer growth within a cloud technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Secure renewals and identify new customer growth opportunities
* Maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Collaborate with sales agents, solution specialists, and partner teams
* Monitor and manage pipeline performance
* Support close plan execution and update stakeholders
* Connect customers with best-fit cloud solutions
* Track key performance indicators and run rates
Requirements
* Native or proficient Norwegian (C1–C2)
* Fluent English
* 3–6+ years of experience in technology sales or business development
* Experience in partner ecosystems and technical sales environments (preferred)
* Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning
* Knowledge of security, identity, and compliance in cloud/hybrid environments (preferred)
* Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics preferred)
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
