Your main purpose
Support in Labor Relations and Administrative Management, including preparation and filing of contracts, annexes, and labor documentation; assistance with Social Security registrations and terminations; review and control of employee documentation; support in managing permits, licenses, sick leaves, and follow-up of medical absences; participation in attendance control and shift scheduling; and collaboration in payroll preparation.
Support in Recruitment and Onboarding, including pre-screening of applications, scheduling of interviews, assisting in interviews and group assessment activities, and collaboration in designing and following up onboarding processes.
Support in Training and Development, including identification of training needs, logistical coordination of training activities, management of learning platforms and tracking attendance, and filing and control of training-related documentation (evaluations, certificates, etc.).
Support in Internships and Educational Agreements, including managing agreements with universities and schools, onboarding and follow-up of interns, and filing and digitalization of internship documentation.
Support in Occupational Health and Safety, including filing and monitoring medical examinations, tracking delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and updating health and safety documentation.
Support in Internal Communication and Workplace Climate, including drafting internal communications and presentations, and participation in staff integration and well-being activities.
What will you bring?
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or a Master's in the same field.
Advanced English skills (C1 level).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of payroll processes and HR management software.
Familiarity with the Spanish labor relations system.
Ability to support administrative HR tasks and adapt to corporate HR processes.
