**Reports To**:
Manager, Operations Control Centre
**Role Purpose**:
Responsible for flight dispatch services provided to both MASwings and Customer Airlines are safe, secure and legal in accordance with laid down policies and regulations.
**Key Accountability**:
- Responsible for supervision and management of all aircraft dispatch and operations at STOLPORT Stations
- Responsible for overall supervision and management of all aircraft dispatch and operations at Sabah and Sarawak stations
- Jointly execute major operational decisions and recovery plans on abnormal operations such as flight diversions, ATB, serious incidents, aircraft recovery and crew operating pattern involving Ops Dispatch, Pilot in Command (Line Operations) and Crew Planning and Deployment
- Prepare quality daily reports on OTP and major service delays and circulate key personnel and management
- Constant engagement with Engineering department on all technical delays responding to recovery timeline by initiating revised service schedules, aircraft swap and revised crew operating pattern
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Degree in any related field with 2 years experience in Flight Dispatch
- Have Flight Dispatcher License
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Analytical in decision making
- Must have knowledge and experience in Flight Operations area
- Familiar with Flight Management Control
- Good Management and problem solving skill
**Key Challenges**:
Act as field coordinator in event of threat/emergency situation, dynamic operational area and highly regulated area of concern.
