IT Delivery Manager
Location - Madrid, Spain
**Duration**: 1 year
The IT Delivery / Engagement Manager is responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of IT services with business needs, and overseeing the delivery of IT projects.
**Job Description**:
**Technical Experience**:
- Core experience in managing the overall IT Infrastructure delivery on AWS with experience on overall cloud Infra Management
- Core experience in overall Cloud FinOps, Automation and Application re-engineering
- Knowledge of Cloud Operations and SRE concepts
- Basic knowledge of in ECS, EKS, Kubernetes operation
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer IT organization and front end customer communication onsite
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues for the organization with multiple customers
- Understand and anticipate the business needs of stakeholders and translate them into IT requirements.
**Project Management**:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects with multiple projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
**Requirements**:
**Service Delivery**:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services that meet business needs.
- Monitor and report on service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure consistent high CSAT from the customer.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Facilitate effective communication between IT teams and customer business units.
- Conduct regular meetings with customer and internal stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
