We are seeking a Cost Analyst to join our Finance team.
Key responsibilities
Perform detailed cost structure analysis across business units and functions.
Identify cost drivers and variances versus budget and prior periods.
Develop and maintain cost allocation models to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Partner with operations, procurement, and finance teams to detect inefficiencies and propose cost optimization initiatives.
Prepare cost‑saving scenarios and quantify potential impacts on P&L and cash flow.
Monitor implementation of approved cost‑reduction actions and report progress.
Support benchmarking exercises against industry standards to identify best practices.
Provide insights for continuous improvement in cost management processes.
Participation in the preparation of the annual budget and the development of monthly/quarterly or rolling forecasts.
Updating and maintaining financial models in Excel or FP&A tools.
Preparation of monthly reports.
Creation and updating of dashboards (Excel, Power BI).
Preparation of presentations for the finance team and senior management.
Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reported data.
Contributing to process automation and continuous improvement of reporting.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar. xpzdshu An MBA from a business school will be highly valuable
3-5 years of experience in consulting, auditing or similar analytical roles
Previous experience in senior management support roles will be considered a plus
Advanced level of both English and Spanish
