2. Focus on every detail of your store
5. Follow visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
6. Ensure smooth back-office operations and compliance with processes (inventory, deliveries, restocking, stock management, etc.)
7. Support administrative tasks with the head office (recruitment, HR, cashiering, banking, etc.)
8. Manage and leverage digital tools effectively
3. Learn and share knowledge with enthusiasm
9. Train and develop your team’s skills
10. Communicate the brand’s values and DNA
11. Continuously expand your product expertise

Profil
You bring at least 3 years of proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, successfully leading teams and driving business results.
You are attentive, proactive, and a natural leader, motivating your team and fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
You have strong business sense and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required, while Catalan is a strong advantage.
