We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. The role handles inbound queries across email, chat, and phone — solving issues quickly, escalating thoughtfully, and turning support interactions into loyalty moments.
Escalate complex cases to specialist teams with clear context and customer history - Identify recurring issues and surface them to product and operations teams - Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and processes through ongoing training
