Reiya Group is seeking a Deckhand to join a 70m+ private, Med-based yacht. This is a reputable and professionally run vessel with a solid crew team and structured program, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking stability, learning opportunities and long-term growth within the yachting industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily deck operations and exterior maintenance
* Washdowns, detailing, polishing and general upkeep of the yacht
* Support docking, anchoring and mooring operations
* Assist with tender operations and guest transfers
* Operate and maintain deck equipment and safety gear
* Follow safety procedures, vessel policies and operational standards
* Support the deck team during guest trips and busy periods
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation on deck
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of yachting experience as a Deckhand
* Yachtmaster preferred (or working towards)
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Professional, positive and team-focused attitude
* Available to start as soon as possible
Package
* Salary: Dependent on experience
* Rotation: 3:1
