About the role Are you passionate about SAP security, access governance, and compliance? We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & Authorizations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in protecting and optimizing our SAP landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of SAP security, governance, and business enablement, helping shape and improve access management processes across the organization. Responsibilities Collaborate with Global Process Owners to design and implement role‐based access rights and maintain evolving SAP role definitions. Administer SAP user accounts, roles, profiles, and authorizations, including role assignment and removal processes. Work with IT teams, SAP CoE, and functional experts to resolve access‐related issues and guide end users. Manage audit‐related topics, design, document and test internal controls related to user access, and implement mitigation measures. Perform regular access reviews, security audits, and incident monitoring to ensure compliance. Document access management processes, role designs, and security policies, and produce regular reports on compliance status. Continuously improve processes, stay up to date with SAP security trends, tools and technologies. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience in SAP Security and Authorizations. Strong knowledge of role‐based access control (RBAC), user access management, and SAP security audits. Proficiency with SAP transactions SU01, PFCG, SUIM, ST03N and other key security tools. Experience designing and implementing internal access controls, supporting audits, and mitigating segregation of duties conflicts. Understanding of ITGC, SOX, and GDPR compliance frameworks.
