Then this could be a new challenge for you!TasksIn this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish- speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company’s products and services. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.- Receive qualified leads from the marketing department- Organise resort viewings for the client- Occasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-face- Ensure that all legal documents are correct- Hand over clients to other internal departments**Requirements**:- Language skills: bilingual level in Dutch and an advanced level (C1+) in English & bilingual level in Flemish and an advanced level (C1+) in English. French is an added value.- Be a freelance, at least the first three months.- 3-4 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing- 3-4 years of experience working in Real Estate- You have a valid driving licence.- You have availability to travel.- You have worked with a CRM system before.- You are a dynamic communicator- Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls.
