In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive top-notch support. Your journey will begin with an intensive training program designed to equip you with all the knowledge and skills necessary to excel.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide support
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly
Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery
Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential;
proficiency in English is an advantage
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are more important
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while meeting deadlines
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of CRM systems and various communication platforms
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
