**Key Account Manager - European E-Commerce**

We are a fast-growing global beauty group behind innovative skincare brands **skinChemists** and **Dr Botanicals**. Already established in the UK, USA, and Europe, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a skilled **Key Account Manager** to drive growth across our most important European e-commerce partners.
**The Role**
As **Key Account Manager**, you will manage and grow major accounts including **Veepee, Douglas, and Primeriti**, while also developing new partnerships to expand our European distribution. This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining strong account management with proactive business development.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Account Management**
- Own day-to-day management of major European e-commerce accounts.
- Deliver promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and launches to maximize sales.
- Build strong relationships with buyers and category managers.
- Monitor performance with data-driven reporting and actionable insights.
**Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new e-commerce opportunities across Europe.
- Lead pitches, negotiations, and onboarding of new accounts.
- Keep ahead of competitor activity and market trends to spot openings.
- Support growth targets by securing new partnerships and expanding share of wallet.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years’ experience in **key account management, e-commerce, or business development** within beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
- Track record of delivering sales and account growth.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercially driven and highly organized.
- **Spanish speaker preferred** (due to key accounts).
- Familiarity with Shopify, Linnworks, or marketplace management tools is a plus.

Pay: 45,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year
