The Sales Manager Intern – Luxury Brands & Retail will support the Sales team in developing Monde Singulier's network of luxury brand partners and retail accounts. You'll grow in responsibilities throughout the internship to gain a 360° view of how we open, structure and close partnerships with the most ambitious luxury maisons, design brands and retail players. You will work closely with the Partnerships, Creative and Communication teams to make sure every project reflects the Monde Singulier signature.

Your missions
  • Identify, qualify and engage key accounts: luxury maisons, design brands, concept stores, premium retailers, distributors and showrooms
  • Build and maintain a strategic CRM of brand and retail opportunities across international markets
  • Lead first-touch outreach (cold and warm) and follow-up sequences across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
  • Prepare partnership briefs, tailored selections and commercial presentations for prospects and clients
  • Assist your manager on key meetings, pitches and showroom or store visits (occasional travel possible)
  • Drive market intelligence: identify new brand launches, retail openings, distribution opportunities and emerging design players
  • Coordinate with the Partnerships team to align designer collections with brand and retail demand
  • Help structure our brand & retail playbook: partner network, wholesale approach, and event strategy
  • Support our presence at regional and international events (Downtown Design Dubai, Abu Dhabi Art, design weeks, luxury & retail forums)
  • Reporting and pipeline analysis: weekly forecasts, conversion metrics, market insights
About you?
  • You are a hunter: closing matters, but so does building lasting brand and client relationships
  • Sharp commercial instinct and strong prospecting skills
  • Genuine sensibility to high-end design, architecture, retail and luxury codes
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution
  • Organized, structured, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in parallel
  • Curious and resilient: building a luxury network rewards patience and relentlessness
  • Fluent in English — Spanish is a strong plus; French is appreciated
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar), the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
  • Existing exposure to the luxury, design or retail ecosystem is a real advantage
  • Top-tier Business School, Sales/Luxury Management program, or equivalent
