We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Human Resources team as the Regional HR Manager working with SSD JP. This role reports to the Sr Manager HR SSD/QC JP, and is the HR partner to the regional leaders of SSD JP. The HRBPs in the Delivery stations will report to the Regional HR Manager. The location of the role is flexible.

Responsibilities
The Regional HR Manager is responsible for all areas of HR for this client group – including developing a strategic partnership with its business leaders, recruiting, associate engagement, leadership and talent development, performance management, organizational development, compensation and communications. The Regional HR Manager will also be an active member of the HR network, driving and supporting global initiatives with team members in the U.S., Europe and Asia and other Geo. Finally, the person in this role will be responsible for ongoing HR improvements to ensure we provide the best associate experience, while providing critical leadership and coaching to business leaders.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above
5+ years of human resources leadership, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
Experience supporting hourly employee client groups (warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)
