This role involves full-cycle accounting, account reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to financial reporting and compliance.This position is based at our office in: **Autopista C 16, Km. 41 Castellbell I El Vilar Área de Peaje, Edificio de Oficinas 08296 Castellbell I El Vilar, Barcelona Spain.**# **Key Responsibilities*** Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accounting and tax regulations.* Submit tax filings and ensure timely reporting.* Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounting reports for senior management.* Supervise general accounting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.# # **Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in general accounting and full-cycle corporate accounting.* Proven experience working in SAP environments.* Strong analytical, organizational, and results-oriented mindset.* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.* High level of English and Spanish (C1) are required and good understanding of Catalan.**Seize the challenge.
