As the Senior People Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining a thriving organizational culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will work across core people functions, with a focus on Talent Management, Talent Development, and Employee Experience. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, driving initiatives that support growth, engagement, and operational excellence.

Your impact
1. People Operations: Oversee HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Contribute to implementing and maintaining people policies, ensuring compliance with global labor laws and best practices. Use data to provide insights and inform decisions on employee engagement, retention, and performance.
2. Talent Management: Collaborate with the VP of People and Hiring Managers to identify skill gaps and meet business objectives. Partner on workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in the right roles at the right time.
3. Learning and Development: Build and lead impactful L&D programs to support employee growth. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and mentorship initiatives. Develop metrics to evaluate L&D effectiveness and align efforts with business goals.
4. Talent Development: Improve performance management processes. Work with managers and employees to create personalized career development plans. Promote succession planning and internal mobility to unlock employee potential.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a culture of feedback, collaboration, and inclusivity. Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Your profile
* 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partner, or similar roles, ideally in a high-energy, tech-driven environment.
* Proven expertise in talent management, learning and development, and talent development.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices with a global perspective.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics.
* Passion for fostering inclusive and innovative cultures.
